You may be colleagues inside your organization but when you enter the team building paint ball arena, mayhem starts, the adrenaline flows and your basic instincts suddenly take control! This was the chance for the Microsoft team (Japan) to become Gladiators. They brought their platoon and matched them against each other and finally the Excel Solutions Asia crack squad. Who won? Dare we take on the Microsoft team again! It's was a team building event that was action-packed, physically exhausting, mentally draining and enormous fun!The shear excitement increased planning, coordination & mental agility and whether they had lost or won the first game, they were riveted to their weapons, raring for the next! Give your opponents a good splattering!
I had so much fun and learned so much about my staff at this event I can say I am a definite satisfied customer. Even my staff had talked about it so much yesterday and today, I know they also gained much from this experience. Shared leadership is a great theme.
