Amazing Race Bangkok

Our Amazing Race Bangkok took teams from IMS across this chaotic city using various forms of transportation. Negotiating a price for a Tuk Tuk (infamous three wheeled car) teams made there way to the Chao Praya (River of Kings) which flows through the heart of Bangkok, to solve their first challenge. Following this; teams traveled to various locations around the city; taking the Sky Train to pay their respects at the Erawan Shrine, enter one of the biggest shopping malls in Asia to do a little team work shopping, take the underground train to attempt even more challenges, solve puzzles in Lumphini Park and end with a pedal boat race around the lake! And throughout the heat of this full day event; one team still managed to jog back to the hotel!

Paintball with the Microsoft Team

You may be colleagues inside your organization but when you enter the team building paint ball arena, mayhem starts, the adrenaline flows and your basic instincts suddenly take control! This was the chance for the Microsoft team (Japan) to become Gladiators. They brought their platoon and matched them against each other and finally the Excel Solutions Asia crack squad. Who won? Dare we take on the Microsoft team again! It's was a team building event that was action-packed, physically exhausting, mentally draining and enormous fun!

The shear excitement increased planning, coordination & mental agility and whether they had lost or won the first game, they were riveted to their weapons, raring for the next! Give your opponents a good splattering!

I had so much fun and learned so much about my staff at this event I can say I am a definite satisfied customer. Even my staff had talked about it so much yesterday and today, I know they also gained much from this experience. Shared leadership is a great theme. It's actually a very important concept to reinforce for my team .... taking the initiative actually is very important in my business. I will definitely ......... Yuji, Microsoft, Japan
